Business Process Delivery professionals execute repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement.

Role Responsibilities

The Service Desk Associate will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting process from contraction creation through contract processing, including facilitating deal through approvals and signatory requirements

  • Supporting activities related to customer billing and invoicing

  • Related reporting activities to support the end-to-end processes around contract creation and billing activities

  • Supporting quality assurance auditing process

  • Understanding end-to-end process, associated tools usage and remain current on changes and updates related to the process and tools


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or, 3 years experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience managing a process workflow

  • Experience working in a team environment

  • Fundamental technical know-how on system trouble shooting

  • Client and customer facing and handling experience

  • Proficient in metrics and reporting

  • Incident management experience; preferably in electronic and hi-tech industry

  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Technical Certifications like A , Network , Security , CCNA, MCP, MCSP etc

  • Post-graduation in Business Administration (equivalent of MBA)

  • ITIL Foundation, ITIL Intermediate, PMP, Prince etc.

Professional Skill

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English)

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Good people management skills and feedback giving skills

  • Self-motivated and capability to motivate teams and colleagues

  • Capable to take initiatives; team player

  • Capable to do training with customers
