As part of the larger recruiting organization, we are responsible for hiring the smartest and most passionate individuals as well as developing scalable programs and processes that are in support of our overall goals and objectives.
Facebook's Recruiting Insights team is seeking a Project Analyst that will help drive scale and boost efficiency. The ideal candidate has passion, as well as proven experience with analyzing data for the purpose of driving direction and strategy. As part of your work, you will interact with stakeholders across multiple internal recruiting teams by developing data solutions that help teams become more efficient and effective.
Partner with both internal and external partners to scope out mid funnel goals given quarter based hiring needs.
Analyze and prepare data focused presentations for clients and stakeholders for the purpose of scale.
Develop business cases and manage projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
Co-develop, build, and maintain a project roadmap that tracks multiple wide range strategic and tactical tasks.
Drive initiatives and processes across the Recruiting Organization focused on efficiency and quality of the middle of the funnel (telephone and onsite interviews).
Identify, assess, and minimize risks until successful project completion.
Create and maintain reports focused on the health of Interviewing and Training across supported areas.
2+ years of SQL experience.
Experience using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS).
Experience auditing large data sets (100,000+ records).
Experience creating a project road map with subsequent milestones.
Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and shuffling workload.
Experience process mapping and project scoping.
Knowledge of technical system implementation project life cycles.
Experience training colleagues on workflow processes.
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau reporting.
1+ years experience in HR or Recruiting.
Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups/locations/vendors.
Demonstrated ability to use data to identify opportunities for process or technology improvements.
Customer service experience.
Experience dealing with sensitive data and confidential data.
