Job Description

Accenture provides integrated finance and accounting services to a large global technology corporation, across six global delivery locations. The engagement spans over 100 countries and includes over five hundred individual roles worldwide incorporating thirty six languages. The AP Retail Analyst role will involve managing AP related duties for a Retail Space within North America. They will conduct daily invoice approvals and management of AP Related queries, and provide support to the WW Channel Managers, Buyers within MS and Suppliers/Vendors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily invoice approvals and reconciliations

  • Assist suppliers with submitting invoices through invoicing tool

  • Provide assistance and solutions to invoicing, payment, and account aging.

  • Work directly with suppliers and Retail team to ensure supplier accounts remain in good standing to prevent credit and shipment holds.

  • Coordinate with the RTV manager on inquiries related to returned product and corresponding fees/payments.

  • Facilitate resolution of general AP related issues across North America.

  • Weekly reporting identifying supplier aging of PO’s and corresponding items to be invoiced and returned.

  • Ad hoc activities: in support of the AP Team Lead, Accenture Service Delivery Lead, Client, and suppliers


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounts Payable

  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience in a non-call center environment.


  • 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office

  • Microsoft CRM System experience

  • Intermediate knowledge MS Excel, including the ability to work with Pivot and Look Up Tables

  • Intermediate knowledge MS PowerPoint to provide monthly key metrics and Reporting Knowledge of P2P Procedures and Control Compliance

  • Flexibility within working hours to accommodate global meeting times

  • Able to multitask and handle a high stress working environment

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal competencies

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

  • Good organizational time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Numeracy and accuracy are a must

  • Ability to own responsibilities and processes

  • Positive attitude and flexibility
