App Center Intern Job Overview:
The App Center Intern will play a fundamental role in the success of the Concur platform strategy. As an intern, you will be responsible for developing basic relationships with our partners, ensuring consistent communications with partners, and managing the day to day activities that fuel success with our partner community.
Concur’s platform division drives innovation and growth by connecting Concur services with Independent Software Vendors (ISV’s) to create the travel and expense ecosystem. The Concur App Center is a collection of solutions, for both personal use and company use that extend and enrich the value of our customer’s investments in Concur.
The successful candidate will be results driven with an innate ability to quickly interpret partner questions, determine next steps and translate the activity into key learnings and trends that can be used to make changes to our approach and strategy.
The App Center Alliances intern position consists of three key components: Managing the AppCenterAlliance@Concur.com inbox, organizing and supporting the monthly App Center Alliance Webcast series, and creating a standard set of “one-pagers” on basic information about the App Center’s policies and procedures. By managing these three components the Alliances team is able to maintain a “one-to-many” approach with unmanaged partners and help make the alliance management team more scalable as the App Center continues to grow.
